Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.
I want to sleep deeply. I am tired of this situation

True, Is the anxiety what doesn't let you sleep, but there are some good solution for this.
1.- Do exercise until you get exhausted, that will make you sleep like a baby.
2.- Smoke pot before sleep, i know pot is illegal in some countries but USA has is as medicine just for scenarios like this. I'm not telling you to do it when you wake up and be wasted all day, just do it before sleep and that way you will have a nice sleep for sure.
