In my opinion no app is needed, freebtc works perfectly in any device I've used (iphone, android phones, android tablet) simply using every built-in browser.
Yep, an App is not needed the same function for multiple and for the click on the free faucets are already enough.
However, on the other side, an App can be useful for huge referrals but I don't think is a "problem" for a lot of players.
