Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.
I want to sleep deeply. I am tired of this situation

If seems that you have a problem mate. Go seek medical attention because you are stressed that's why you have difficulty in sleeping. I don't know if you are fond of meditating though, maybe you want to give it a try and see if it can help you alleviate your stress.
