We cannot expect much in 2019. I think it won't be better than 2017, remember that the market came from a bear market and I think majority of 2019 will be on transition stage. From bear market shifting to bullish market. It would make sense if we say that 2020 will probably better than 2017.
Probably you are right because many people have a postive opinion about the market situation which we can easily expect the prices will increase but it won't be like 2017, because the market has recovered from a bear market to bullish, in order to stabilise the prices it will take another year.
