Whatever that post was which was shared about refunded by 15th of this month , should have been cleared by now. Can we have someone among us who has eyes on the forum and got refunded as per the announcement. If they refunded people one side of the project is good for those participated in ICO.
They said that the refund for Public Sale is done. There is message from 23 april in telegram group:

We only receive investments from investors during the Private Sale. We have a policy to refund all the money to users participating in HetaChain's Public sale and we have done that. Currently we do not hold any amount from Public sale or user of Heta community. Besides, we are still listing Heta on the big exchange, namely the top 20. Therefore we are not "Scam" and we do not want you to mention us with "Scam" in this group, because that is incorrect. We would like to ban members who do not understand the nature of the incident and intentionally provoke.
