Just knowing that you have a location and you want to somehow use it to make money doesn't give us enough information to help you brainstorm anything. Saying you're from a place also doesn't help, since you could be anywhere in the world right now.

I'd just say that you should look into getting a job and then learning how to profit from Bitcoin yourself. This can include guides on how to trade, the technical signals you can see in markets, what altcoins are hot right now, and so on. Then you can start looking into ways to profit from cryptos and then extrapolate that experience to your location. There might be some creative business opportunities here that you haven't seen yet.
