The bull market is back, definitely. Both bitcoin and ethereum have gained over 25% in value from January to date. Heck, the entire cryptocurrency market added over a $80 billion within the last 120 days. Tell me, what is that if not a bullish market, huh? 
Not yet, I think. When bulls come, the growth of the cryptocurrency will be sufficient. Bitcoin and some altcoins gained, but it is not yet enough. The real bull market can start later.
Bitcoin is due for an increase and it did happen this month, good for those who still hold and who will buy at the current price
as anything the bull market can come, bitcoin's good performance is a good sign.
