While most of the altcoins are down this is the right time to buy your best pick for this year. If i have 1000$ i will invest it in stellar ,ripple, and eos.
It doesn't need to be hurry buying altcoins while the market is down because we cannot sure if how long would it take the adjustment value of the highest coin. It would be easier to be patience and continue monitoring on market until you can decide to start buying.
