People will have a lot of questions for developers, but I have never seen developers, and I think that this factor will be of great concern. I don't even know what to do about it.
Many projects do not bother with the fact that they would place a public team on the web site. I think there will be a good example for you - exchanges, they almost never place their team on their web sites. So it is worth thinking about!
None of the very best developers were publically appearing on websites.... Guess how many devs took part to the most successful coins. Most of them used nicks and the best of them are all unknown. One project can be valued for what is offering, the technical innovation and which problem solves. The team is very important for Ico and transparencies but when a coin project is in an early stage ( no Ico), we should judge from what we see. I've seen hundreds of coins falling down where behind there were starred LinkedIn devs or entrepreneurs.
