In recent days IEO seems to major footstep in the launch of new tokens. Users were also much focused on these, and trying to invest as the listing is already done on the exchange which lets them to make trade of the assets within few days time than waiting for longer time period. Poloniex will get added user community if it implements IEO launchpad. It isn't gonna make anything big than Binance which have acquired a big market.
They cant get bigger than Binance, even if they have not scammed in anyway, but they already have a bad reputation of a failed project before, just like what is hunting Facebook now, after stopping their Facebook credit in the past, and know coming up with another crypto project again which people are still referring to their past failure.
Poloniex still need to do very big work in winning the interest if users and assuring them that they will not pack their bag again the second time to leave the market, and while trying to do this, Binance will keep coming up with strategies that will make them o continue staying a leader to them all.
