Yes, cards are already issued and working. You can get one as described. It takes a few weeks to get a card.

INV listing on the exchange is official and confirmed by Investa team. There are still ongoing works to implement INV token to Ibitt exchange but this is not easy and will be done later after other less problematic tokens will be added first.
