I don't know on who launched first but the first issuer should really sue or ask the other one to replace their logo because it is really identical. If I'm on the side of the original creator or launcher of the logo, I'd really do something about it.

This can cause confusion to the investor of both sides, well have you done significant move to let this know from the both teams of the said companies? if you did so, they need to set an arrangement because it's plagiarism if the copier won't replace their logo.
