Nobody here said that any of these companies are making transactions in bitcoin. I guess you have misunderstood something or have got the wrong information.
These companies are just using the blockchain technology for the required usecases.

1. I don't know if it's true or not because we can't simply trust any article published on any random site.
2. The article clearly mentions that it is a trial run which means it is just a test and the main transaction is yet to be done.
