I personally speculate that the bull run will start this year right near end of the year because I see the condition of the market now in a state of survival and rising slightly, only a few big positive news market conditions will rise
The one big news is that in 2020 halving is their and we can expect same results like 2017, so market will recover in 2019 end and we can see the price moving above $10k easily.
