I checked Stylopay who they took as intermediary in last attempt to get payment cards from chinese Union Pay.Stylopay is advertising as a payment service,but is not registred for it in UK(FCA) and US(Fincen). It seems that this service is actually working from India,without any licenses for a payment service.

I ordered my card late last year. Any idea what's going on with those? Did anyone from phase 1 of distribution of the cards actually receive it? I ordered the black card.
They claim they have a deal in place with Chinese authorised Mastercard distributor but there are no real updates about it.
In the meantime the all-time-low price of MNX has dropped to $0.126837 with a total market capital of less than $700,000.
Less than 18 months ago MNX were trading at over $56 and the total market capital was over $169 million.
The debacle with the whole Novarise issue followed by the Upaycard scam brought lots of negative publicity and buried any small chance this "project" had to recover.
