I think Litecoin would be perfect. It's like most common crypto on betting sites, after BTC and ETH. Dogecoin and Dash are popular too, so think about that too. Even tho i guess majority of websites are avoiding smaller coins like Dogecoin is.

Litecoin for cheaper transfer fees and monero for more private transaction,. You can also take a look in adding doges for small time players wanting to play on your casino.
Ethereum could be a good options too for more funding options.
