Its always best decision to hold your all altcoins if they have the abilities to increase the price in the future. Otherwise its better choice to cut loss.
If you get profit then sell is a profitable thing, but if you are still losing money then hold and be patient is a better thing, I am always sure that the market will recover soon so I continue to be patient.
