The best thing I could advise you to do is to message the exchange support team and tell them about this waiting for the reply they are going to give to you, but if the exchange never gives you a reply, try searching for their announcement thread on this forum and threaten them in there, I am sure that you will get a solution to your problem when you are able to do this, most exchanges are just shady and will want to spend your funds if complains are not made.
