Whatsoever the quality of those new projects, it always depends on the popularity and the quality of the exchange holding the IEO.
I would suggest anybody willing to participate in those IEOs to check reviews about previous IEOs lunched by other exchanges (Yobit is the most known), and to take into consideration all the facts which led to create this new method of fundrising.

i dont see any differences with these projects.
Seems like the hype of IEO is not over yet. I doubt it will go away really soon but tbh even the most hyped projects on Binance doesn't get a great ROI (only x2 max).
I'd not join any IEO even though it is possible we'll get 10x return. The risk out weight the (potential) profits.
As an investor you would really need to risk up for you to fish out some profits.
