What I'm askins is: Will posting a "joining" post make a 100% reservation for me or not ? 
It will be ignored. Just wait till Hhampuz announces that there is an open spot, then you can post your application.I do not entertain reservations. Once I announce an open spot I will only look at applications posted after I make that announcement.
