Ok.. suggest breaking this down into smaller pieces.
Just plug in your antminers (which are generally pretty well behaved) and run with a line like:
./bfgminer -S antminer:all --set-device antminer:clock=x0981 -o
And lets see what happens. That speed is pretty much the normal limit pre-mod, let make sure they all show up at that point.

i testet hub, cable and antminer on my windows pc and they are working stable with 3ghs and no hw errors.
config two:
1 x minepeon
6 x modified antminer
3 x D-Link DUB-H7 with 2.2 ghs
working all fine but with less speed
