GDP is always growing and the economy of leading countries is always developing. In that case we can say that those countries are wealthy as never before, which gave more value to those stocks.
Warren Buffet's investing style is about picking undervalued stocks and selling them for the full price. So I would rather believe that stock market is growing without making a bubble.
