This phrase says everyone who is not lazy. I do not think that it is strongly argued.
However, not everyone shows software and power availability. Therefore, at least worth a look.
Again, while only promises, I think it is worth the wait and only then discuss it. I have a positive attitude towards the project, but I also want to see actions.
