The well-known fact that ETH price depends on of ICO's, when we have many ICO's, there is in demand ETH - this is not happening now, and I dont think what will happen in the near future - many investors have lost money and were disappointed in the crypto investments.
I broadly agree with your views but if Ethereum evolves then maybe ICOs will have a lesser impact on its market capital and price.
That's true since ICO has been very popular before 2018, and now we have the new way which is IEO, I think it will affect BNB to increase.
