I think we're waiting for that guy over in the subreddit to leave. Honestly, what nerve. I don't spend my time going into other coin subreddits to shit all over someone else's coin. Practically every scrypt coin right now is, more-or-less, a clone of litecoin but with some changes. I say people are free to do what makes them happy and what they believe in. We are free to push topcoin because we all know that topcoin has value. You could argue any coin has value (except Coinye). Even Galaxycoin found a market and from what I have heard it is practically broken.

The cryptocoin market is not going away any time soon and neither is topcoin. People can make as many bitcoin-litecoin clones as they want and sell them to the public any way that they want. When someone spreads awareness of a coin like topcoin, it means that that person knows that coin is valuable and will become more valuable with time and increased awareness and more investors. I see nothing wrong with pushing an investment you believe in. Because if you know the value will increase, you want as many people to make money from such a great investment as possible.

But that gets rather difficult when we have to endure the occasional cries of "scamcoin" and "pump&dump". I feel like every other coin went through situations similar to this. Lots of people were afraid the entire thing was a scam. Even I first thought so when bitcoin showed up. It was new and promising, but I was scared away by people decrying it as another investment scam when in fact it turned out to be the greatest investment so far this century.

This is definitely not the last time we will hear things like this thrown at topcoin, but it means we are making progress. There will always be backlash against new and popular coins, but so far we have seen that those coins that endure the harshest criticisms emerge as market front-runners. You are here because you believe in topcoin. We all do. The harsh words will pour in, and we will move onward, unfazed. And when we finally do reach the top, make sure to give our loudest critics some topcoins for their troubles
