I dont just get you, seems you short yourself in the leg, you have already gotten a great exchange which is Binance, why jumping around exchanges again and to speak of it, an exchange that is not popular. Well. You can try your luck by contacting them directly before we judge them.
They might just be that your request did not reflect from their end, it once happened to a local exchange that I used too some months back, that one is to change my crypto into fiat, the quantity of my bitcoin disappeared, so I contacted them and they resolved the issue within 24 hrs. Please I will advise you stick to Binance next time, I think they have all that you need.
