Ethereum hasn't reached $200 since its value dropped. Thinking of it reaching $1000 is too far yet but I'm sure it will. Its value keeps going up and down. So hard to predict its price movements.
actually it's not hard to predict ethereum prices going forward if you see ethereum prices never reaching $ 200. it will not be far from the present situation that ethereum will not increase too far.
even though the price might increase it will not exceed the price of $ 200.
