I do NOT see any reason to regard this project as fraudulent. The only negative is that it took more time to implement it than previously thought.

The projects did not expect that bad market conditions would slow down the development process so much that everyone expected.

Not everything is so simple in recognizing fraud, recently projects have difficulties for various reasons and it is not clear what to think.

Many countries start to regulate crypto. But much more countries do not know what to do with crypto. Some countries have banned cryptocurrencies at all.

As far as I know, cryptocurrencies are prohibited in China and they want to regulate this area in the USA. In other countries, everything is as before.

The prohibition of cryptocurrency in the most progressive countries can be revised and then a new level of cryptoindustry will come.
