Yeah, having KYC documents from scammers is likely not going to work since these documents are now being sold in the black market. You can perhaps request stolen funds from exchanges to be frozen, I suppose. It would probably be a good idea to have a lawyer involved with such a business.

, with mixers and fake KYC there's only a few theft where investigation provides enough relevant information for a lawsuit and event the lawsuit have an international context (similar to counterfeit as said a lawyer I talked with) making harder the things. But i would like to try the proof of concept, and for now I need contacts with bitcoin theft victims.
