I'm still a bit suspect of this pool.
Have coins to cashout but every time I try and enter my wallet address and click update I am logged out of the site and the account is locked. Have tried different computers with different browsers, same result.
I work in application support and know this would be an easy problem to sort out.
I have sent multiple emails to support but no reply.

Did you enter the correct PIN value when entering your payout address? You should see the place to enter it
below where you put your payment address.
