Account sellers are not to be trusted - especially when it's about high ranked accounts.
Probably he is not even the owner of the account.
There is a chance that the owner of the legendary account is another person so cant tag that legendary account but the person who posted account sale topic has been tagged to avoid scam or discourage scammer.Probably he is not even the owner of the account.
