This project will do 2 ICO and IEO sales but I don't know on which stock exchange the IEO is located?

It's 2 phases, this means that between the ITO phase and ICO phase, noone is able to buy tokens. It's all an IEO, the exchange (Leondrino) is based in Germany 😊

So this is specifically for German people who can buy tokens? What about foreign countries like me, can I buy tokens?

The Exchange is just based in Germany and everyone can join and participate in their IEO regardless if your from Germany or not.

So if you're planning to invest then you are free to do so on their chosen IEO platform
