To be fair, a lot of telegrams are like this, no one wants to read  negative/swearing/troll like comments.

If a questions is asked in a normal way, there is not any problem. 

EXAMPLE of Good Question: Hello, Can you PLEASE tell me what is happening to have $DTB listed on a new exchange, THANK YOU.

Note the use of "Please" and "Thank you"  this question will get a reply.

Bad Question. What the hell is going on here, ive lost all my money because you guys are useless...
