I understand and i somewhat experience this situation and now i tend to stay away from casino because i dont have self-control. I learned to accept losses because chasing it will only lead me to more losses which will sink into me when i spent all my money.
It is better you know it already before the worst thing happens to you. Not exactly all of us are have that self-control and know our limitations, having a distance from gambling will help of not getting tempted to play again. We know already how gambling will affect our minds especially when we badly addicted to this and we might be lock-up which we are hard to escape.
