I think that at the beginning you will have a very uneasy relationship with the goverment. After all, now cryptocurrency is not regulated in most countries. And it is not clear what will happen to them further. So far, there is hope for the best.

Actually, in Europe things are getting relutated more and more.
And their token will be approved by a regulator in Malta, so it will have a real status and not a blurry one.
So I don't think government will be against them (or in favor) as long as they respect the law
