I can code this after the community approves the NIP. The most interesting part is to see how the approval will be handled.
This could be one way: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Consensus. Roughly how that would work:
You put up a preliminary proposal on the wiki, invite others to take a look. Then people contribute by editing the proposal directly, or by discussion in the Discussion page. This continues until attempts have been made to address all objections, and all strong objections are resolved, then the proposal is Accepted. If strong objections remain, then the proposal is Rejected (or maybe we move to a vote?)
