Just make your own rules at cryptocurrency/internet, Its really simple example like this: "Don't trust anybody" & "Always using Escrow went doing OTC Transaction". I did these rules never got a scammed at cryptocurrency almost 2 years been here.

The only rule in the telegram you have to keep in mind is that campaign managers will never ever send you a message first. (unless he is your mutual friend or a close friend). In the other rules you have provided in the blog, it may sound basic the not bad to state it so that people could also be reminded about it. Do not entertain strangers. Never accept what they are asking for.
