Invest into IEOs of new exchanges is nearly the same as invest in new projects with their ICOs. Who knows how long new exchanges will survive? Who knows those new exchanges will make scam exits some day? Who knows the real purposes of new exchanges' owners to run their IEOs? In general, IEOs of new exchanges are very risky.
