The time to get some crypto and start learning trading bitcoin is now if bitcoin hits new ATH in the near future fiat would only be able to buy fractions of bitcoin.
People seem to wait for some movements before getting in. But as usual I'd tell them that don't wait for the new all time high before reacting to start trading instead, act now and buy as much as they can as we will never see these prices again in a positive approach.
I believe the time is now for people who missed bitcoin in its early years or else only institutional investors would have the power of buying bitcoin!!
There's enough time for them to get it while its still on $5,000. They've missed already the $3,000 chance but they didn't attained to get one because they're all waiting for more bottom but sadly it's the potential and actual bottom like what everyone was thinking of.
