This reads a little bit snake oil salesman'ish.
We don't know what will happen in the future to be honest, maybe it will fly to 100k then come back down to 7k - saying it is the last time.. no way of knowing that.
Sure it is, we can only predict things in the near future because it can be more realistic as you can always based from the market unlike predicting a metaphor way of thinking.
Taking advantage to the current market can always be the best thing to do.
