I saw since last year lot of ICO's was scammed and project not true. So this situation ICO investor's are not come to cryptocurrency market. Why that project scammed please info anyone??
in any business or industry there will always be scammers who exploit someone's ignorance and lack of experience such as new investors, for example.
I think this will be everywhere without exception. there are many ico projects that scam in 2017 until now, I think this is one of them which makes a sense of lack of trust and the collapse of the crypto market.
so we will really need regulation
