Ngayon hinahanap ko sa AML policy, privacy policy at user agreement pero hindi ko na mahanap.
You won't see the AML policy in the site but you can research it online or in the bsp website.
It's actually the AMLC that are directing coins.ph to enforce the regulation to its clients or users, and it's  just a simple KYC that they will require, the AML reporting is only done by them based on the behavior of your accounts, if you supply all the necessary information, you won't have any problem in the future. As long as you don't do illegal such as money laundering, your account will always be safe.
Parang more on awareness siya pero AML policy din yan na galing sa BSP mismo kung anong republic act. Nakaindicate naman dyan halos kumpletong impormasyon patungkol sa AML.

My bad.. It was stated in the site but I didn't notice, because I was not really looking for it since I'm aware of this law.
You are right, they just copied this from BSP regulation, a regular user would not easily comprehend this as the terminologies used here is not simple.
