Well the lowest is in January 2019 but if you did buy that time after posting this?then you'll be in profitability today
And regarding when to when to buy?every $3k mark is enough to risk for investing because this is the lowest bitcoin can ever be
A little bit late to buy and the dips were passed by, though the Bitcoin price isn't that high never have the guarantee that you'll have a huge profit this time not unless it will make another strike. But if we have still the courage to take the risk then, that would be a very tough decision and be sure that we are prepared for anything that will happen.
