The lawyers aint got sh-t on this,, there are far too many degrees of separation:
1. coinye is spelled completely different
2. It has the word coin in it
3. it is more of a bitcoin parody than a parody of kanyewest,, (ITS A COIN it does digital transaction things,, IT DOES NOT MAKE MUSIC, ATTACK PAPARAZI OR DESIGN PURSES.)  most importantly:  IT DOES NOT DISTRIBUTE ANY COPYWRITED MATERIAL OWNED BY KANYE WEST (even kanye himself probably  doesn't even “own” his music.)
