the waves price is supressed heavily by whales imo.
the price can be manipulated very easy, but the volume never lie on binance!
waves is now project number 4 in the top 24hour volume list on binance, at the first page
over $15.736.640 just on binance!
the accumulation will have a end very soon and if the whales start pumping ~30USD shouldn't be a probem for waves within a few months
the FUNDAMENTALS are there! : waves is a very good project for a long term (10years) HOLD period in my opinion.

10 years holding wonderful approach this project will survive and stay here it have large community behind it. It's hard to know what is the direction of this project and in short term where it will get stable.
