I can feel your frustration but given the reputation of freebitco.in they will pay your pending winning btc., Just give them time to fix your issues i guess this is just some internal problem that needs personal attention by the main dev of freebitco.in.
I know the reputable freebitco.in because I have played for 2 years but I am very sad because of this delay.
