I don't know. I am confused and this behavior is totally unfamiliar to me. I expected BTC to hit $5k on the recent bump and it got dumped. Don't know what happened. And I don't think it's going to have a bullrun soon.
You don't need to be confused anymore because the situation now can answer predictions going forward. Currently bitcoin has experienced a significant increase, in 1 month bitcoin was able to rise almost 100%. I think this is the first step towards bullrun, even if it's slow
