If cryptolife is changing how you do in the daily basis you need to take a break from it, a week of vacation without any internet can do the work for you.Ive been there thats all i did and learn how to manage my personal time from my crypto time.
I think one week without internet will make me crazy because all the activities I do are all on the internet, I work and do trading on the internet so I think if you want to take a holiday without internet maybe just 1 day is long enough.
