As you know Binance and other big exchanges have started IEO and they have good reputation but some little exchange that are unknown and not have any reputation, should not invest in these exchange .
when there are many IEOs that have sprung up at an exchange place like binance, I am sure it can provide a lot of benefits because we know that binance is a very large platform of exchange and it is not possible if they issue a bad IEO, surely they give IEO the best choice .
I am sure they will be trying all there possible best to secure their reputation, but no one is above mistake, I just hope that there will not be any loophole in this great IEO system that these scammers would see to penetrate their system.
Some of these big exchanges who are gradually having little hitches about the system, not in the aspect of scam but as regards some of their registered project still dumping below ICO price despite the fact that they get sold out immediately. This is still not a great challenge though, if they can make sure that whatever projects they register is strictly quality projects that would continue to thrive in the midst of storm.
