If have cheap electricity tariff, i think its good doing mining. The problem with mining is on electricity cost and if in your county the tariff very cheap, i think its profitable to do mining. For good ICO in 2019, i think you can do your own reseach but i am prefer choosing IEOs from big exchangers
It seems to me that the market of ico companies is in very poor condition and if you make a choice between investing in eco companies and mining, then thanks to mining you can have a real income that you can predict, but there is almost a lottery on the ico market of companies.  It is best to buy coins on exchanges where there are certain guarantees.
